Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations arise, making it necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy:
•Advance Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
•Late Cancellations: If you cancel or request to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 20% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
•No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
•Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (amount varies depending on service) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
•Late Arrivals: We always strive to be as flexible as possible, however, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the late cancellation fee may apply.
•Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.
