Cancellation Policy

✨Silver Studio Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy✨ At Silver Studio, we deeply value your time and ask that the same consideration be extended to us. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, maintaining a consistent schedule is essential to providing high-quality service to all our clients. Please take a moment to review our updated policy: 🌷Agreement By booking an appointment with Silver Studio, clients acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy, regardless of whether it has been read in full. This policy is available via our Instagram Highlights and is prompted during the online booking process. 🌷 Cancellations • Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and an additional fee will be due to bring the total charge to 40% of the service price. • This fee must be paid in full prior to rebooking. • Frequent short-notice cancellations may impact your ability to book future appointments. 🌷 Rescheduling • Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 48 hours in advance. • If a reschedule is requested within 48 hours and we are unable to accommodate a suitable time within the same week, the client will be charged a 40% rescheduling fee (deposit forfeited, with the remaining balance due before rebooking). • If we are able to accommodate the reschedule and fill the original time slot, no additional fee will be charged, and the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment. • All rescheduling requests must be made via text message, WhatsApp, or Instagram direct message. 🌷 No-Shows • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without providing at least 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • We are understanding when true emergencies arise. In the case of sudden illness, accidents, or family emergencies, the no-show fee may be waived once, or in rare, sincere situations, twice. • After a second no-show, the client may be permanently restricted from booking future appointments or required to prepay in full for future services. 🌷 Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service in order to stay on schedule. In these cases, the full service price still applies, even if certain steps (e.g., massage, exfoliation, hot towel) must be skipped. • If a late arrival prevents us from performing the service altogether, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the 40% service fee will apply. 🌷 Deposits • A deposit is required for every appointment, with the amount determined by the specific service. • Deposits must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. • If a deposit is not received by the 48-hour mark and the client fails to communicate, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and cancellation fees will apply to any future appointment requests. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable, as they serve to secure your appointment time and reduce the likelihood of missed or forgotten bookings.
