Cancellation Policy

✨ SILVER STUDIO POLICIES & AGREEMENT ✨ At Silver Studio, your time and experience are deeply valued. These policies are in place to protect both of us and to ensure every client receives the highest level of care, attention, and consistency. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below. 🌷 DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit equal to 40% of your service total is required to secure all appointments. Will be applied toward your total balance on the day of your appointment. If a deposit is not completed within the 48 hours, the card on file will be automatically charged to secure the appointment. With more than 48 hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred one time when rescheduling your appointment (selecting new time and date at the time of the request) Within 48 hours of your appointment, deposits are forfeited and cannot be transferred or applied to a new appointment. Deposits applied to a rescheduled appointment must be used within 30 days of the original appointment or they will expire. 🌷 RESCHEDULING: Appointments may be rescheduled once with more than 48 hour notice. To transfer your deposit a new date and time must be selected at the time of the request. Otherwise, it will be treated as a cancellation. Within 48 hours of your appointment: Your deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to a new appointment. A new deposit is required to rebook. Within 24 hours or same-day: A fee of 75% of the service total will be charged and must be paid before booking a new appointment. Any additional reschedule will require a new deposit. 🌷 CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation Fees: Within 48 hours: Your deposit (40%) will be forfeited and cannot be applied or transfered to a new appointment. A new deposit is required to rebook. Within 24 hours or same-day: A fee of 75% of the service total will be charged and must be paid before booking a new appointment. Any deposit paid will be applied toward that total and the remaining amount will be charged to the card on file. Any outstanding balance must be paid before booking a new appointment 🌷 NO-SHOWS: Failing to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service total. Any deposit paid will be applied towards this total, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. If the charge is unsuccessful, an invoice will be sent and it must be paid before booking any future appointment. Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted booking access or a requirement to prepay in full. 🌷 LATE ARRIVALS: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive late and there is still enough time to complete your service, the service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. The full service price will still apply. If your arrival time prevents the service from being completed, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and a fee of 75% of the service total will be charged. 🌷 SICK POLICY: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Standard rescheduling and cancellation policies apply. One emergency exception may be considered in cases of serious illness, at my discretion. 🌷 FOREIGN PRODUCT: Silver Studio does not work over existing product applied by another provider. If you arrive with existing gel, acrylic, or enhancements, removal will be required before your service can begin. Removal fees may apply depending on the product present. In some cases, especially with unknown or difficult-to-remove products (such as MMA acrylic), additional time may be required and the service may be adjusted accordingly. 🌷 PEDICURE SERVICES: Pedicure services are subject to change based on the condition of your feet and nails at the time of your appointment. Service type, timing, and pricing may be adjusted after an in-person assessment. If additional care is required, your service may be upgraded or a second appointment may be needed to safely complete the treatment. These adjustments are made to ensure safe, effective, and results-driven care. 🌷 PEDICURE PREPARATION: To allow me to provide the most effective care, please follow these guidelines before your appointment: Do not shave your feet or lower legs within 24 hours of your appointment. Do not cut your toenails or attempt to remove callus or buildup beforehand. Please avoid tight clothing that restricts leg movement. 🌷 HEALTH & DISCLOSURE: Clients must disclose any medical, nail, or skin conditions prior to booking. If you arrive with a condition that prevents me from safely performing the service, the appointment will be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation, and a fee of 75% of the service total will apply. This includes, but is not limited to, open wounds, infections, or severe nail or skin conditions. 🌷 GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance after the 90-day period will expire. 🌷 PAYMENTS & ENFORCEMENT: A valid card on file is required for all bookings. Any unpaid balance must be cleared before booking future appointments. Failure to pay required fees may result in restricted booking access or permanent removal from future booking. 🌷 SAFE SPACE: Silver Studio is a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where all clients are welcome. Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or disrespect toward any individual or group will not be tolerated. Clients who engage in this behavior will be refused service and permanently banned from booking. 🌷 LIABILITY & ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By booking an appointment, you confirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You understand that services are performed at your own discretion and agree to release Silver Studio from liability related to undisclosed conditions, sensitivities, or contraindications that may affect the service outcome. Silver Studio is not responsible for adverse reactions or results related to conditions that were not disclosed prior to the service. 🌷 FINAL NOTE: We understand that life happens. These policies are in place to protect both of us and allow me to provide the highest level of care to every client. Thank you for respecting my time, my work, and this space. 🌷 RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Silver Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, lack of required disclosure, or conditions that may affect the ability to perform the service safely and effectively. In such cases, applicable cancellation policies may still apply.
